Narrative

In B, we are still removing topsoil and leveling. The deposit is very black near the surface, but lightens beneath the root line. In the SE corner there were several larger flakes of obsidian than those I have been seeing lately. Many rocks appearing in B - I began sketching in the notebook but there were too many. They are not large - football-sized and smaller. The larger rocks are close to the South Baulk - they get smaller as you move north. As we move deeper through this deposit, there are more rocks - many of which are noticeably rectangular in shape. Still a lot of baseball-sized stones. Left A alone, as it is already much deeper than B. Rained out today.
