Today we continued cleaning the western quadrant and trying to clarify what is going on in the disturbed area. Part of the kurgan just above this area is sunken, but the top part of the kurgan still has its shape. According to the radius of the rest of the kurgan, the disturbed area is also short. There are two very large stones along and next to the NW unit line. The one coming from the NW seems to be a cube/rectangle, while the one next to it is long, thinner, and on its side. These may be capstones toba chamber that has collapsed or was opened. The rest of the kurgan seems to be ok. We took pictures and began working on the northern quadrant.
