We continued excavating locus 2 of the eastern quadrant. The sandy matrix starts at a depth of -58, but so far there are no large chalk stones or capstones. There is a second row of laege stones above the chromlec wall and possibly a third, although it is not regular and there are small stones mixed in. On each side, the SE and NE of the kurgan there is cluster of stones bordered by medium stones. However, these don't seem to be constructions/walls, so we will work on these tomorrow.
