The first part of the day was spent measuring, drawing, and defining new loci in WSL. There I created loci 6, 7, and 8, and redefined locus 5. See place remarks for details on all of these. We had a rock fall from the-NE wall and had to break it after it fell into the trench. We excavated locus 7 (and took a soil sample) and found more of the clay and plaster of locus 6. I'll make this locus 9 tomorrow. At the end of the day I sampled the floor (locus 6) at 50cm intervals. We also continued down in locus 8. In WSK we prepared for final photos by cleaning more of locus 5. Turns out the NW wall is a double-faced wall with rubbled core. Does this reduce the chances of room k being a coral? Didn't actually have time to take final photo. Was waiting for things to dry since heavy rains last night. Opened a new 2 x 2m operation in WSAR. Worked through locus 1 there.
