Larger than normal quartz quantities recovered in E510, inside the probable LB terrace wall. On the shrine wall we've shot a new datum, referenced now as 'below shrine' (BS). Measurements taken from here today included elevations in both destruction level loci close to the shrine and the along the terrace wall area excavations. Between the karas sherds only dark, ashy destruction layer deposits are present (as opposed to higher levels (E503) which were mottled with dark patches.
