Today began with a 5cm pass in the southwestern quadrant of the T2E (EB room) in order to remove the locus E618 floor. We are also cleaning across E609 in order the level the surface (locus E523) in preparation for future work and as good trench maintenance. As we removed the E618 floor it became clear the bedrock slopes downwards towards the base of the locus E616 wall. This made E618 and underlying strata deeper in trench center than closer to the LB shrine walls.
