07/28/2006.Burial 2-We worked on finding the edges of the pit, which actually seem to run all the way up to the northern edge of my trench (meaning locus 7). In the south western area we found another vessel (locus 13; contents locus 14). Just east of this we found another vessel (locus 15, contents 16) but just uncovered the rim since it is much lower than the other and had 2 stones covering it. Near this we also found something that looks like a long bone and in the north something that may be a skull... posssibly most of a skeleton!!! They all seems to be in the center, just under the now loose earth that had stones on it. ATS was there to help and we took photos and took out the vessel and coneverd the bones with dirt, with plastic, and completely covered it with dirt. ATS was woried that the vessel was not LB, but RB said that it was similar to something from Hnaberd, hand made with firing clouds.Burial 3- Kept working in locus 6, a couple more bones that I photoed and took out.Burial 4- all capstones of locus 3 are off. Worked on cleaning there are 2 large long stones in the south west and a round/square on in the center, but smaller. A little more to clean to find all the edges, which may again go under the cromlech ring.
