Locus 7 designates the strip that hugs along the northwest wall. With this locus, I am trying to segregate the clayish, medium brown deposit that is concentrated in the areas closest to the walls (and quite possible signals wall plastering). The matrix is heavier in clay toward the western quadrant of the room interior (below the area of locus 4).
