This locus was opened to expose what may be a flagstone floor in the bottom \\\"step\\\" of the trench. This locus is bordered by WSS1, Locus 12, locus 14, and the NE wall. The soil is very light and bedrock exists at the bottom, make the soil very rocky with each swipe of the trowel. As it turns out, there was not as much flagstone floor as I thought. Most of the rock seemed to be bedrock, unlike the flagstone floor in locus 8. No charcoal, no small finds, and no soil samples from this locus.
