Place: Ar/Ge.T38.47

This context is located in the southeast corner of the unit. It refers to the collapse from the western continuation of the terrace wall (locus 15). The stones in this locus range from 15-30cm, which is consistent with those of the wall. While they are all floating, they are resting in a fairly linear configuration that makes it difficult to discern the exact orientation of the wall. Amidst these stones we uncovered a noticeably higher concentration of ceramic materials, lithics, and fauna than in the previous matrix. Like our other operations in this unit, all the ceramic materials were diagnostic to EB occupation.
