Locus 3 is the "cromlech" construction in T02. It consists of 1-2 large basalt capstones and a cromlech ring of 9 stones (ranging in size from 0.28 x 0.17 x 0.13m to 0.71 x 0.23 x 0.30m) that surround the SW capstone (1.26m x 0.74m) on the northern and western sides. On the southern side the capstone is bordered by another large basalt stone (1.38m x 0.90m) that may be a capstone.

In 2017, several basalt cobbles (ranging in size from 0.24 x 0.15 x 0.12 to 0.10 x 0.90 x 0.55) and the two basalt capstones (NE 1.22 x 1.10 x 0.80m; SW 1.50 x 0.92 x 0.42m) were removed.
