Core color should be Reddish Brown 2.5 YR 5/4. Exterior color should be Gray 7.5 YR 6/1. A typical LM gray-ware vessel--no burnishing. I\'m not sure if this fragment contains part of the vessel shoulder or not. If it does then the vessel has a rather weakly expressed shoulder, making it something between a pot and a bowl. While the dominant inclusions consist of medium sand particles, very coarse sand inclusions are also evident. The and interior surface feature annular scratches or rubbing marks suggesting some kind of rotational technique during formation. The rim is rolled over and tucked under itself and then smoothed--although the smoothing was not done so meticulously as to have removed all evidence of the tuck: a long crack is evident. No traces of corrosion
