This could be an unrestricted pot or a restricted jar, it\'s rather hard to say because so little of the rim is preserved. The rim is only present over one third of the sherd. The large diameter, may mean jar. The two rows of oblique hatching are executed in opposite directions, together producing an angle ornament to the left. The zig-zig ornament is not very deeply impressed, the hatches are much deeper. There are rotational or rilling lines on both the exterior and interior surfaces. The external color lightens slightly towards the rim, still gray though. The internal color is more consistent. The interior surface is 10% covered by white corrosion and also features mica popping. No corrosion or popping on the exterior. Fabric is compact, sherd has rough breaks.
