This fragment features two indentations on the internal surface, ostensibly for the placement of two different sized lids. Both of the surfaces for lid contact show heavy abrasion from use. The rim surface also shows heavy abrasion, loss of slip. The first two (external) rim parts are separated by a short 6mm concave surface. A large crack sits at the contact point between the rolled rim piece and the vessel wall, possibly formed as the pot dried. Fabric is very compact and almost completely oxidized. The main core band, 2, is approximately 7mm thick. So little of the neck is preserved that is is impossible to give any more morphological information other than indeterminate. Medium, coarse, and very coarse sand particles are also present. Many large inclusions are poking through the internal surface and both surfaces feature rotational striations. There is negligible black corrosion on the external surface. Breaks are rough, fresh.
