Unusual that this sherd is polished on the internal and not external surface, suggesting that the external surface is likely highly corroded. The sherd is very small in general, so diameter and core descriptions are slightly difficult to approximate. Coarse sand particles are also present in the fabric in addition to the medium sand inclusions. Rotational striations are present on all surfaces, as well as tool lines for the rim crimping on the external surface. The superior rim surface is heavily abraded and shiny from abrasion. The internal surface is 30% covered in weak red corrosion. Breaks are smooth and show some delamination in the middle of the core.
