It\'s very difficult to identify the exact diameter of the rim on this LB cup fragment because the true rim edge is only preserved for approximately half of the sherd. Inclusions are dominated by fine sand, but there are numerous coarse sand particles mixed in. Rotational striations are visible on the internal and external surfaces. A line directly below the rim indicated some pressing action to tuck/cut the rim into place. There are several mica pops on the external surface and white corrosion covers 30% of the internal and external surfaces. There is a good deal of abrasion on the rim edge. Breaks are smooth.
