A fragment of an iron handle, likely of a knife. Three rivet holes and the rivets remain preserved. The artifact is rectangular in shape except where it narrows at the proximal end. This does not appear to be the result of preservation but rather part of the design of the object. The rivets likely held two pieces of wood on either side of the iron in order to fill out the handle.
