S/b fragment from a small LM jar or bowl. The decorative schema consists of a single circumferential incised wavy line positioned between two circumferential incised linear ornaments (one above, one below), possibly comb applied. Some shinier areas of the exterior, around the ornaments in particular, suggest that the exterior may have originally been polished. Most of this material has abraded away. The exterior is 30% mottled in Light Gray 10YR 7/2, could be corrosion. Limited amounts of circumferential rotational striations are visible on the exterior, and moderate frequencies of the same are visible on the interior. Besides the medium sand, significant amounts of fine sand and limited amounts of coarse sand are also present in the fabric. Limited frequencies of inclusions are pyrite particles are visible perforating the interior surface. Some pyrite particles visible in the exterior surface. Breaks are smooth.
