11.16.06 A body to base sherd of a plate or very shallow bowl. The decoration on the exterior, with a red band towards the rim, recalls the bowls in WSG locus 18, although this is a somewhat flatter vessel, closer to a plate. Also, the base does not protrude as in the other bowls but rather transitions smoothly from the body, with the break between the two hardly detectable. Sent for INAA in Feb 2007.
