Place: Ar/Ge.T22.10

This is the locus that is inside the room of T22, but within the extension. Its elevation remains still higher than the rest of the room (which is now locus 8). This area is roughly triangular, with the N side being 160 cm, the W side being 300 cm, and the E side being 310 cm. The area was calculated roughly by assuming it to be a roughly isosceles triangle with 45 degree angles on the base, to find the height, and then the area. (Since 300 and 310 cm are similar, I felt this technique to be justified.) When this portion of the room was dug down to the same level as Locus 8, it was absorbed into that locus--i.e., locus 8 came to signify the entirety of the central room of T22, and Locus 10 was closed.
