Clay lined pit dug into locus 9 floor, and going slightly under locus 4 wall. There's what looks like perhaps a rodent burrow heading out the south side of pit, but it does into the south baulk so I didn't chase it further. I took a full cloth sack of soil from the pit for macrobot analysis (Ar/Ts.SLT8.10.ss.1).
