Locus 3 is the cromlech construction. It consists of 2 large capstones (approximately 1.3m x 1.7m for the southern one and 1.25m x 1.75m for the northern one) and one ring of rocks (varying in size but from 0.5m x 0.3m to 1.05m x 1.10m). Underneath the 2 large capstones there is a lower level of another ring or the top of a cist chamber. The rocks are all basalt.
