Hearth feature located on packed on packed clay floor. Collected both radiocarbon and 2 cloth bags of soil sample for flotation. (Ar/Ts.SLT9.13.c14.1 and Ar/Ts.SLT9.13.ss.1a & 1b). A few burned bone fragments and a ceramic rim sherd were recovered from the float sample. Oddly the hearth was located stratigraphically just above locus 14 pit feature which I found will troweling down the hearth.
