This locus constitutes the eastern corner of WSAD and specifically a row of three large stones that appear to be in a linear formation, standing upright. One of the stones is embedded in the SE baulk. The locus consists of the darker brown wash soil between and under this row of stones and the NE wall of room WSAD. Opened and closed on 7/22/10; the darker soil very quickly changed to the browner compact clay matrix seen in the northern and western areas of the operation. Underneath these stones there was no indication of other larger stones; the stones were deposited into the wash layer. The elevation given is not the top of the stones, but the top of the soil matrix around them.
