This locus is in the NE corner of T27, is just beneath the topsoil and is the most downslope (along with L61). It was opened to clean the E face of a line of large granite stones which make up the W edge of the locus. As its north edge the trench has the N baulk of T27, as its E edge it has the E baulk, and it borders L61 to the S. Elevations above were taken in the center of the locus (other elevations can be found in the notebook), length was measured in the N-S direction, while width was measured in the E-W direction. Other measurements can be found in the notebook as well.
