Remarks

This is a rectilinear stone feature that is roughly perpendicular to the SW wall of WSI2, and near the door. At its western extent, it skirts a column base. It is one course tall, but two courses wide. Its articulation with Locus 25, the other border for Locus 23 (the platform in the east corner) is a little unclear, because that corner is not well-preserved. It does rather look like they articulate and may have been built contemporaneously, but if so, it's interesting that Locus 18 is two courses wide while Locus 25 is only one. Locus 25's corner stone may only be resting agains Locus 18.
