40 by 70 cm probe along the SE baulk in WSAD to find bedrock. The floor lens was visible in the baulk after excavating this probe, a dark organic layer on top of a gritty orange lens and then a more white/gray/yellow clay, which is likely the bedrock. This layer was completely sterile, and two large stones jut out.
