This locus constitutes the second locus in the extended area of WSAC2 to cover the SW wall of the room, below Locus 9 and similar to Locus 2 in the rest of the trench. The matrix is the dark, loose loam of the uppermost overburden and is delimited by several rocks to the SE that make up the corner of room WSAC2 and the face of the partition wall. Closed 9/7/11 after cleaning the rocks of the wall when Locus 17 opened in doorway area. Elevations given are western corner; see notebook for sketch and other elevations.
