This locus covers the footprint of what was formerly the central part of locus 32, that is, approximately the center part of the southeast sector of the room. To the east of the locus is locus 33, in the east corner, and to the south is locus 36, in the south corner. The matrix is the same aerated clayish silt with clay and carbon specs that we had in locus 32. I suspect we are just above the floor.
