Large cup from the T32 shrine. The vessel is rather irregular, leaning noticeably from one side to another, suggesting it was handmade. Nevertheless it sits firmly on its base. Rim was everted and then flattened to create a pointed shape 90 degrees to shoulder. Traces of carbon both inside and out suggest it may have been a work cup. Only decoration is a circumferential series of raised knobs, 6 intact, one missing, that are similar to a series of other cups and goblets we have had from the LB Tsaghkahovit Plain sites. This particular vessel type begins in the Middle Bronze Age (Karmir-Berd sites) and continues into the Late Bronze Age. LB II date for this vessel dictated by associated complex, not by form in itself.
