Remarks

This small locus hugs the northern corner of the room, and is bounded by a semi-circular arrangement of stones. The matrix started out as a silty clay--the same as that encountered elsewhere across the floor of the room--but then transitioned suddenly to a clay and burnt earth deposit. Several burnt stones were found inside the locus. Almost certainly the site of repeated burning episodes. Extremely low material densities--only two small bones.
