Place: Ar/Ts.WSAC3.22

Locus constitutes remaining soil above floor in WSAC3 NE quadrant, delimited by linear stone feature to the NW (10), stone feature and paved floor to SE and SW (21 and 16) and wheelbarrow ramp. Matrix is a confusing mixture of very hardpacked gray and orange clays with some gritty patches, white specks and a lot of charcoal, and then some looser areas near the paved floor to the SW with dark, organic-rich pockets. The surfaces seems to not be uniform but irregularly pocked, perhaps resulting from repeated and variant use. Some good charcoal samples taken from this locus.
