The northern most of three large pits running along the eastern side of the trench. Got a good radiocarbon sample from this pit, which should help date it in relation to the charcoal collected from the locus 19 layer above it. I divided the pit into three wedges (A-C), screening A and collected B and C portions in separate sets of bags a lot of soil for flotation analysis.
