I opened this locus to reveal more of the flagstone floor found under locus 17. This locus is bordered by the NW wall, locus 15, and WSS1. It contains a trough, a flagstone floor and dark soil. I screened this locus, even though the soil was being troweled out. The workers exposed the outer limits of the flagstone floor. The floor appears to be 1.30 m across. No small finds, no charcoal samples, no soil samples.
LK: There is no bottom elevation for this locus because something went wrong with the measurements. Cynthia measured it, but the number she gave me results in a higher elevation than the top elevation.
