A sizable fragment from a large EB jar, featuring both neck and shoulder portions. On the superior neck, the decorative schema consists of a single circumferential register of linear geometric decorations resembling the ATT signal bars. This register is bound inferiorly by a single circumferential incised line. It is unclear if the decoration continues further, inferiorly, on the shoulder because of the sherd break, but it is likely. Horizontal burnishing marks are visible on both the interior and exterior surfaces, but much of the polish has abraded away (this can be more easily observed on the interior surface). The exterior surface features limited amounts of light brown dendritic acretion, and the interior limited amounts of black staining. In addition to the fine sand, limited frequencies of medium sand inclusions are visible in the fabric. Breaks are rough.
