This large circular slag disk is incredibly porous on one side and smooth on the other. The smooth side has a small circular depression in the center with a diameter of 14.6mm. The edges of the disk are noticeably smooth, suggesting that this object was worked into its circular form. The function of this artifact, like the other slag disks uncovered in T38, remains unknown. The stains on the smooth side could suggest that it was used as some sort of polisher.
