This idol or phallus carving was found on the Aragatsi Berd antenna access road, having eroded out of the cut. It consists of 3 asymmetrical sections, each narrower than the one that precedes it, from bottom to top (tapers). These sections were created through the grinding of circumferential, lateral grooves, which average 1.5 cm in width. The "front" and "back" are wider than the sides, and while one side is generally carved flat, the other is rounded. The topmost section has been carved to a more acute taper, and the carving that created that taper continues a but down the "front." Exceeds 400 g in weight... by a lot!!
