Place: Ar/Ge.T38.46

This locus refers to the soil matrix surrounding the continuation of locus 15 in the SW corner of T38 (exposed in our extension of the 2016 unit). Specifically, it refers to the area west of the wall face where we uncovered a noticeably higher concentration of cultural materials and fauna than in overlying topsoil context (locus 46). We are accordingly excavating this context with trowels only.
