Place: Ar/Ge.T38.53

This area refers to the southeast half of the southern extension to T38. This context is situated immediately west of what appears to be the continuation of locus 15, the north-south terrace wall. Here, we found what is likely collapse from the wall (with stones ranging in size form 10-30cm) and a considerable amount of cultural material. All the diagnostic pottery uncovered is diagnostic EB. We will continue to excavate this area to trace decipher the southern extent of the architecture in this unit. To date, it appears that the while the terrace wall continues into the baulk the rest of the architecture in the southeast quadrant of the unit has been discovered.
