Fill layer covered by locus 2. It covers locus 6 and part of locus 3. It is located along the southern face of locus 3, it measures 4 m in length and has a width of min 2,24 m and max 2,5.
Locus 4 has the same matrix of locus 2 (medium-light brown silty material). It was distinguished from locus 2 only in terms of depth in order to control the density of the archaeological material. This distinction was applied also in case locus 3 would turn out to be an architectural structure, thus separating materials from the internal (locus 4) and external (locus 5) areas in reference to locus 3. However, the excavations didn't revel the presence of definite stone foundations and it is most likely that locus 3 is made of stones that were washed off from the top of the slope. Therefore, locus 4 is equal to locus 2 and locus 5.
