This locus is the wash level of WSJ. It extends across the entire trench but I changed to locus 3 in the north part of the trench before realizing that beneath locus 2 in the south the same soils change would appear as appeared in locus 3. As a result locus 2 remains open for a while but no longer covers the whole trench once locus 3 is opened. Elevations indicated here are south corner.
