Ts BC 23 is located 0.99km southeast (bearing 114°) of Tsaghkahovit Fortress in an area dense with burial clusters, including Ts BC 16 0.14km to the west (map quad B4p).
The burials rest on a gentle slope backed by a bedrock ridge that slopes northwards to the foot of the Aragats Massif.
Ts BC 23 includes 17 cromlechs built in mounded, standard, budding, and spiral styles. Overall, the burials in this cluster are moderate in size, ranging from 4.5m to 7m in diameter. On the western edge of the cluster is a single line of well-shaped, medium-to-large basalt blocks. The construction is 0.8m thick and is visible along an 11m course.
No surface materials.
