Ts BC 28 is one of a group of burial clusters located along the terminal slope of the Aragats massif. This cluster, 1.31km east (bearing 101°) of Tsaghkahovit Fortress lies 0.26km south of the southeastern most complex of buildings related to Soviet era Tsaghkahovit's collective farming (map quad C4d).
The area of the cluster slopes gently downward to the north as the folds of Mt. Aragats reach the flats of the Tsaghkahovit Plain.
The 24 burials of this cluster are generally quite small and discrete. They range in diameter from 2.3 to 4.5m and extend across an area roughly 70m x 40m. The tombs vary in style, including standard, paved, and spiral forms.
