Located near the western boundary of the Aragats survey area (map quad B1f) adjacent to T.Ma.58.03 (Mantash BC 24). A cleared field now separates the two burial clusters suggesting that they may have once been part of a single very large cemetery.
The site is located on the top and northeast slope of a high ridge which slowly descends to the west into the Mantash River canyon. Cleared agricultural fields provide boundaries to the north and east.
This large cluster of burials is primarily composed of small cist burials (37 visible from surface) constructed of tightly packed stone (tuff and basalt) cobbles set in a rough square or rectangle. Four to six cromlechs were also recorded on the northern edge of the cemetery. The density of burials is quite high making it somewhat difficult to isolate individual burials and take a true count. However, a few discrete constructions did allow for more direct measurement.
The cist graves ranged from 0.9 to 1.08m in length and from 0.45 to 0.6m in width. They do not appear to have a consistent orientation and they are either even with the contemporary ground surface or only very slightly mounded.
The cromlechs on the northern edge of the burial cluster included four or five tightly packed cobble style cromlechs and a single standard cromlech. The cobble cromlechs included a stone circle that circumscribed a mounded pile of small cobbles (primarily basalt). Although tightly packed, none appeared to be more than 1.5m in diameter.
Feature 1: The standard cromlech, in contrast, was unusually large. Constructed of 4 inscribed circles of stone that diminish in size from the outer to inner rings, the burial was 3.7m in diameter north-south and 4.77m in diameter east-west. The single large capstone at the center was 1.08m long and 0.46m wide. The surface was slightly mounded but probably as a result of its position on the northeast slope rather than its original design.
Feature 2: At the northern end of the cemetery a stone masonry wall approximately 0.5m wide is visible. The visible wall segment is 9.5m in length at a bearing of 72°. The wall appears to be associated with the earlier cromlech burials since it disappears underneath a group of cist graves.
