This stela (plate VIIc) was discovered on the western edge of Ts Settlement 2, 2.56km southwest (bearing 188°) of Tsaghkahovit fortress (map quad B4g).
The stela was discovered on a gentle southeast-facing slope.
Ts Stela 4 is a basalt carved stone found atop what appears to be a small paved cromlech within Ts BC 93.
Because the stela was in situ, we were only able to measure its dimensions above ground surface. It was found leaning at a 50° angle. It extends 0.52m above the surface, with a base 0.42m thick and 0.38m wide that narrows to roughly 12cm square at the top. The top of the stela is flat and irregular with some signs of working.
