This wall is located just 0.2km west of Poloz-Sar (map quad E5e).
Located on the approach to Poloz-Sar, this linear feature was built on a steep slope, overlooking a natural terrace below the fortress's western flank.
This linear-shaped stone feature is located just 150m down slope from Poloz-Sar's outer wall. It extends roughly north-south for about 35m and ranges between 3 and 4m in thickness. Only the top of the wall is visible so there is no section view available. The visible masonry is composed primarily of small to medium stones (averaging half a meter to 20cm in length) with shaped outer faces and no clear evidence of mortar or a rubble core.
No surface materials. However it is quite likely that this wall is associated with Poloz-Sar, perhaps as an outer defensive work guarding the more gentle western approach to the site.
