This small corral was found 0.33km southwest (bearing 229°) of Sk BC 17 (map quad B3f).
Sk Corral 2 is set on the northern slope of a small ridge bordered by a watercourse on its western flanks (the western limit of Sahakaberd quadrant) and a well-worn vehicle path on its eastern flank. There is considerable evidence of disturbance in the area which may be the result of nearby military activity.
This oval corral is 6m in diameter east-west and 8m north-south. It is built of a single circle of unworked large basalt blocks set end to end. There is evidence of a gap in the rock circle on the southern end, which may represent the entryway. Several other more rectilinear lines of stones were found in the adjacent basin, but these appear to be the result of modern earth moving associated either with land amelioration programs or military activity.
