Top of a large hill high in the western Aragats foothills overlooking the village of Nigavan to the north and the Kasakh river to the east.
A quandrangular basalt stela measuring approximately .75m tall and 20cm square. It is firmly implanted in the ground, in situ and tapers slightly about 10cm above its entrance into the ground.
