A shoulder and body fragment from a large EB vessel. The fragment is difficult to stance, but like features a little body portion if the geometric ornaments are assumed to run circumferentially. The decorative schema consists of a register of geometric rhombuses and lines positioned immediately superior to a morphic, relief ornament or set of ornaments that may represent a typical bird figure. The preserved geometric decorations are 37mm tall at their broadest point, cut off by the superior sherd break. Delamination of at least two slab surfaces is visible in the sherd walls. The exterior surface features limited amounts of light brown dendritic accretion. In addition to the fine sand, significant frequencies of medium and coarse sand inclusions are visible in the fabric. Breaks are rough.
