A small piece of charcoal taken from the SE corner of the locus (7.5 m east of the western wall of the trench and 4.0 m south of the northern wall) at 2282.03 m. This sample is slightly larger than C14.03, but from deeper in the locus.
This sample is one of a series of samples which may help to determine the (chronological) nature of the activities taking place on the east side of the LBA wall in T19.
